What a find this was, booked because it was near concert venue but it could not have been better in anyway, stayed three nights but I wished it had been longer. Liz and John are super hosts, their guest accommodation is lovely and very clean. Breakfast one of the best I have ever had with a great choice, lots of... More

This is a lovely house and we were very warmly welcomed by Liz. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; we could not have done any better on our first visit to Harrogate. It was a short walk to the centre, which was very welcome. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this lovely guest house and what a fantastic time we had. Glenayr is in an ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to Harrogate town centre and all it's lovely attractions. The guest house is lovely, our room was quiet, spotlessly clean and decent sized mugs in the room for a good old English cup of tea!!... More

We only stayed one night but were made to feel very welcome from the moment we went in. Immaculately clean rooms and outstanding breakfast - too much for me and I'm a big lad! Will definitely make a return visit when able

A warm welcome, a room providing everything you could need, well-supplied hospitality tray, all very clean and comfortable, big fluffy towels. Liz is very kind and helpful. An excellent breakfast, tasty fresh fruit , home made jam and delicious fresh-cooked full English. Can't fault anything, exceptional value for money.

A warm welcome. Beautifully clean room and one of the best breakfasts I have had at a guesthouse. A short walk from town centre in a leafy road away from the main traffic. Would very much recommend this hotel.

This guest house is exceptional. Very clean, with modern decor and good room facilities. We could not have been looked after any better by the lovely host Liz. Breakfast substantial and great quality. All in all, great value for money and would highly recommend this guest house. We will be happy to return in the future.

This was the perfect B&B! A friend and I celebrated our birthdays with a trip to the Turkish baths in Harrogate and two nights in this lovely, centrally located, quiet guest-house. The house was sparkingly clean, very well equipped (-generous tea, coffee and biscuits in the room; plus flat screen tv, fluffy towels, good bed-linen, nice toilteries, tissues etc) and... More
