I booked a one night stay in a double room here well in advance - so we could go to the theatre. I paid upon booking at a price of £35 for room only for one night! The confirmation warned that this hotel might not have been refurbed. The blue themed interior décor and the small big bum TV suggests... More

The hotel is as close to the centre of Harrogate as you can get. The room had fabulous views across the town - overlooking some of the iconic Harrogate buildings. The parking, in the immediately adjacent municipal car park, couldn't have been more conveniently placed and was extremely reasonable for overnight and early morning parking. The Wetherspoon's in the Winter... More

Main problem was parking. Had to pay by coin, traffic wardens constantly looking for people who overstayed was not a nice atmospher and failed to leave a good option of... More

well located in the centre of harrogate, is above a club/bar which is a bit worrying at first but we didn't hear any noise at all. stayed in room 212, room was huge and was clean and comfortable. parking is a nightmare, day parking in the car park is only to 6pm, then you have to pay for 6pm to... Wed to Sat stay Location is everything with this Hotel, located in the Heart of the Montpellier area of Harrogate and convenient for Bars/eating houses and all that Harrogate can offer. Rooms comfortable, affordable and in good order. Downside very busy Wethespoons next door handy for breakfasts, but from 6.30am deliveries, and removal of what sounded like millions of used... More

Great centrally located hotel. Close to local bars, cafés and shops. Nicely done up hotel. Comfortable bed and good shower. Spacious rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Hardly any noise even though hotel is close to bars etc. Great place to stay. Would definately recommend to all age travellers. Only negative is the car parking is quite expensive. But if you... This was a 3 night stay on business - needed to be close to an event and Travelodge was less than 5m walk. Not easy to get to by car and no easy parking - either pay £15/day for multistory or keep topping up pay & display. Continental breakfast is available but not impressive - the Wetherspoons at the Royal... More

A pleasant stay here at travelodge, clean and tidy room. Ideal for shopping and eating out. Not too expensive, but you get what you pay for. Rooms could do with an update, but apparently that's in the pipeline...
