i really enjoyed staying at sherwood hotel from the moment we arrived to the last min we left Sue and Austin were incredible they couldnt help us enough in which resturtants pubs and nice walking routes, they helped us with our bags to our rooms and we didnt need to worry about our cars during the day as Sue gave... We must have stayed at at a different Sherwood than the other reviewers.Front door/entrance for a start had an old Christmas wreath circa 1998 in the doorway (nice) and tatty doormats to the entrance.Our room was ok.
