Recently stayed here during a trip to Harrogate. Our room was very spacious and there was free parking available. Our room was on the top floor and had a nice view out onto the leafy streets of Harrogate. If anything the room could have done with a lick of paint. Breakfast was decent. The guest house is within walking distance... More

This property was ideal for all travel. The staff were extremely attentive and could not do enough for you. I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable with modern fixtures and fittings. The property smelt good and the breakfast was excellent with a selection of hot food, cereals, juices, yoghurts and preserves. Would... More

Dated, shabby, mismatched furniture. Bed quilt and pillows so old they were flat. Worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on..like a sheet of plywood! Great location, free parking, lovely owners. Depends what you want really. We thought it was overpriced for what it is..basically a place to sleep.

Stayed here 11th/12th Dec . On arrival were met by the owner and shown to our room. On going up the stairs you could feel the cold air hit you and on entering the room it was freezing no heating on radiator turned off. The room was clean enough but the temperature really had an effect all weekend. The double... More

Lovely decorated room - just the right size for a double. Free wifi. 5 minute walk to town centre. Nice host with friendly personality. Good selection for breakfast - fry up + toast & jam + tea or coffee + orange juice + choice of cereal + fruit. If hotel car park is full they provide free parking permit for... More

We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast last night. The staff were welcoming and the room was clean and tidy with a roomy hot shower. It's Close to the town centre and across from the Harrogate international centre. no complaints. With off road parking at the rear.

This small hotel is right opposite the Convention Centre and very close to the town centre. Our room was large with a small but adequate bathroom but the hospitality tray was meagre with one biscuit and no bottle of the promised Harrogate spa water. Breakfast was quite sparse with a limited selection of boxed cereals and a small cooked breakfast... More
