We stayed at the Hotel on Friday 13th February. Easy parking, excellent reception by staff and a lovely bottle of prosecco in the room. Four Poster Bed complimented the contemporary room with Molton and Brown products. Breakfast was great with enough choices and again the staff were very friendly and efficient. People have commented on the cleanliness but our room... More

The hotel is well placed and looks impressive from the outside. The private parking is tight but we were lucky to find a space to leave our car for the whole weekend as it is only a short walk to the town centre. The lobby area and bar area is open plan and has been 'modernised' at some point in... More

This is one of the worst rooms I have stayed in for a long time I booked a room for Valentines over a month before and was told they had a lot of availability. When I arrived we went into the room and the first thing we noticed was that the bed was definately not a double - more like... More

Visited this hotel with my husband on a travel zoo deal of overnite stay afternoon tea and a bottle of presecco. Booking in was easy as we were early we parked car in car park and went into Harrogate for a look around before returning for afternoon tea which was lovely. The only thing we could comment on was this... More

Was pleasantly surprised at our room, gorgeous 4 poster bed in a spacious room. Upon check in I asked if we could have breakfast in bed and the receptionist told me to phone down in the morning before 10am and they would bring a tray up. Unfortunately I overslept and so missed the 10am deadline. I mentioned this to the... More

Stayed here recently with my husband to celebrate my birthday. We were delighted that the General Manager Daniel Donovan, upgraded us to the Windsor Suite on the ground floor, which is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, including the most amazing ornate mirrors in all the rooms; loved the spacious bathroom with free-standing large bath tub as well as a separate... Just returned from an overnight stay with my daughter - a travel zoo deal including afternoon tea with a bottle of prosecco . What a great time we had ! The hotel staff - especially the lovely lady on reception are an absolute credit to the hotel . The afternoon tea, complete with homemade cakes was fabulous . As mentioned... More

This hotel took me by surprise entirely. Parking is available at the rear or on street outside (with pass). The entrance is lovely and large and consists of plenty of comfy sofas. The style has been revamped and with the lovely smell of Molton Brown incense sticks it makes for a pleasant welcoming. Staff are welcoming and helpful. I was... More

Stayed in room 12 Bed really comfy and the white bed linen crisp and clean The is very ornate and has a wow factor however this is spoilt by the tears in the blinds and the lose valance around the four poster bed The receptionist confirms these are being changed shortly Breakfast is superb with lots of choice of cooked...
