It's a bit beyond my usual budget, but thanks to a special IHG deal my family secured an executive suite for a one night stay. The inter-connecting rooms were spacious, and the master bed truly gargantuan. Slept very well but then had to get up in a great rush as Mon-Fri breakfast ceases at 9:30a.m. However the panic was well... More

Booked this visit through Hotel Connexions. What a beautiful hotel! Very modern with spacious, comfortable rooms. I was on the fifth floor and the views were spectacular! This hotel has ample car parking for it's location. There was loads to chose from at breakfast too. I would stay here again anytime!

Stayed in August as part of a business trip. Check was easy, rooms were big and tidy. Bed was also big but abit hard. 2types of pillows on bed soft and hard which was nice. Food was good, although not a lot of selection in the evening. Staff really friendly especially the chef and reception. I forgot my toothbrush and... More

I was booked into the holiday inn for a business trip in harrogate for three nights, the first night was cancelled so I ended up arriving on the second night, the receptionist couldn't find my booking at all and ended up taking all my details and asking me to go wait in the lounge. After around 10minutes she advised me... More

We stayed here in July as part of an organised trip, was very disappointed. The staff were rude and the food at the beginning off our stay was awful and we were given a shoe box for a room which was not really comfortable for a 4 night stay. We then experienced a power cut and I have to say... More

The hotel is well located close to the centre of Harrogate and provides good parking facilities. Staff were friendly and generally very helpful. The Head Chef in particular, who we encountered while looking for the restaurant, was most helpful. Although the restaurant was closed he went out of his way to find a menu to show my wife who is... Stayed for one night at the Holiday Inn in Harrogate. Staff were friendly and informative. Good car park under the hotel with easy access to reception. Room was adequate. Breakfast was usual self service affair including tea and coffee - good standard and variety. Short walk takes you into town.

Via Travelzoo we were directed to Superbreaks who were offering a 2 night B&B deal with dinner on the 1st night during the week. It adjoins the Harrogate International centre and is indeed centrally located. The large underground car park daily rate of £15 is subsidised by the hotel to £7. Hotel receptionists friendly and helpful and a useful map... More

Position is excellent and couldn't fault staff or public areas but this hotel desperately needs aircon in rooms. Tried sleeping with window open but we had to close the window as our room at the back of of the hotel above the car park was really noisy because of the extractor fans below. Put the fan on, but also too... More

Thank you for your feedback. The Team and I are pleased you found the hotel's location and service to be excellent. I do appreciate your comments concerning the air conditioning and apologise that the warm weather caused you discomfort during your visit. The fact that most other Harrogate hotels do not have any air conditioning either is a good indication... More
