I was lucky to be given executive room for a business stay. I was very happy with everything but the tea bags! Why on earth use Lipton tea when you have Harrogate Tea on your doorstep? My room was clean, comfortable, had a well stocked bathroom and a good view over the town. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful....

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. It's a modern, slightly soul-less building next to the conference centre. My employer paid about £120 a night B&B for me to occupy a double room. The hotel is located next door to the Conference Centre and is a 10/15 minute walk from the bus, train station and town centre. The rooms are spacious and adequate. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of cooked items. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
There is a pleasant bar area and plenty of seating...

Breakfasts ok but you need to find out when coach parties leaving because can be very crowded and food somewhat devastated. Clever timing will ensure a good breakfast with...

Our stay was a part of a trip to Harrogate to visit the Harlow Carr Gardens and the Spring Flower Show. It was the first time we had visited Harrogate and were impressed not only with the gardens, but also with this hotel. It was very convenient for the town centre. For any hotel to cater for so many guests...

We looked forward to this meal expecting to be proudly served a local speciality. However inedible roast beef and yorkshire pudding, served by a grumpy 'chef' on cold plates, on Sunday night let down the hotel. 'Chef' not interested when advised that plates were cold and appeared irritated when he had to go to kitchen for more yorkshire pudding -...
