We'd booked a night away in a Deluxe room with dinner and breakfast included as a single night getaway on the recommendation of family members. Upon arrival it's clear that the hotel is steeped in early 20th century elegance. Check-in was fast and efficient but we were informed that there is a parking charge of £5 per 24 hour period.... We went as a group of 3 couples on a special offer for 2 nights which included a 3 course dinner on the first evening. After reading previous reviews I was a little apprehensive. However we loved everything about the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. I especially enjoyed the history of the hotel, the public areas were very grand.... More

Superb building and excellent location for Harrogate and the International Centre. Thankfully no problem with slow service in the restaurant. We got the deal with the wine and late checkout etc. etc. and so top marks all round.
