I have stayed at a number of b&bs and the quality has varied dramatically. This b&b manages to provide that range of quality all under one roof. Good Points  - Location: Really close to the centre of Harrogate so possible to walk into town within 5 minutes and to/from the train station within 10 minutes. Also the b&b is opposite... More

We stayed here one night in June for my partners birthday. A great B & B. Room was a good size and bed very comfy. Had a lovely breakfast the next morning made with local produce. Would definatly stay again!

Four of us stayed at The Cavendish Hotel, Harrogate last week end, having had a fantastic day at York Races. Warm welcome when we arrived at 6pm, lovely comfortable rooms very clean and an excellent Full English Breakfast. The hotel is adjacent to the big, popular park, on street parking was no problem and disc provided. Booked again for same... More

Just a one night stay in a superior double room (worth the few extra pennies) in a quintessential little English B and B. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet side road (a little uphill climb but nothing major) with the lovely Valley Gardens opposite. It was a Victorian guest house and as such not designed for the disabled though I'm... More

A really lovely place to stay, rooms are fantastic, breakfast is just brilliant! Brenda is amazing and so very helpful. The Cavendish is within very easy walking distance to all shops and attractions and situated opposite a very lovely park. Cannot recommend this enough!!!!!! A***************

This B&B was a real find! We wanted something fairly central that didn't cost the earth. We went with this one because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Located opposite a lovely park, which we had a great... More

Having travelled the world on business, staying in a variety of hotels, I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels/B&B's. Spotlessly clean, nice rooms with comfy beds, and many extras that make for a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfasts. Pleasant attentive staff.

Lovely large old house. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of tea/coffee milk and biscuits. Our room was a small twin but more than adequate for mine and my friend's stay. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice, top quality food and a lovely helpful, efficient waitress. We were amazed to see a very full dining room as we... More

Just spent one night at The Cavendish. Perfect location for Harrogate. Lovely welcome and very nice room. Breakfast really good. We ate at the Italian restaurant next door, Luigis, which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed one night. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance into the centre of Harrogate but in a quite area with splendid gardens opposite. Choice of English or continental style breakfast. The quality of the ingredients was good and it was nicely presented by friendly staff. Recommended.
