Nice clean room, comfy beds, everything you need. Friendly staff, ample breakfast. Superb location. We travelled as a family of four; a nine year old and five year old. The room was not large but it was big enough and light and fresh. The kids slept in an adjacent box room with bunk bed; the room was accessible by connecting... More

Very convenient for facilities in Harrogate, a free parking permit. The room, although small, had everything that we needed for our one night stay and, both it and the bathroom, were clean and tidy. I did think it seemed expensive, but for a Saturday night in August, it seemed to be the going rate.

This was a surprise 2 day stay for my wife's 60th. We arrived in our stretch Limo and were shown to our lovely 4 poster-bedded room. The owner, Brenda, had arranged for some beautiful flowers and a card to be waiting. It was a large comfortable room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a good choice... More

I have stayed at a number of b&bs and the quality has varied dramatically. This b&b manages to provide that range of quality all under one roof. Good Points  - Location: Really close to the centre of Harrogate so possible to walk into town within 5 minutes and to/from the train station within 10 minutes. Also the b&b is opposite... More

We stayed here one night in June for my partners birthday. A great B & B. Room was a good size and bed very comfy. Had a lovely breakfast the next morning made with local produce. Would definatly stay again!

Four of us stayed at The Cavendish Hotel, Harrogate last week end, having had a fantastic day at York Races. Warm welcome when we arrived at 6pm, lovely comfortable rooms very clean and an excellent Full English Breakfast. The hotel is adjacent to the big, popular park, on street parking was no problem and disc provided. Booked again for same... More

Just a one night stay in a superior double room (worth the few extra pennies) in a quintessential little English B and B. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet side road (a little uphill climb but nothing major) with the lovely Valley Gardens opposite. It was a Victorian guest house and as such not designed for the disabled though I'm... More

A really lovely place to stay, rooms are fantastic, breakfast is just brilliant! Brenda is amazing and so very helpful. The Cavendish is within very easy walking distance to all shops and attractions and situated opposite a very lovely park. Cannot recommend this enough!!!!!! A***************

This B&B was a real find! We wanted something fairly central that didn't cost the earth. We went with this one because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Located opposite a lovely park, which we had a great... More

Having travelled the world on business, staying in a variety of hotels, I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels/B&B's. Spotlessly clean, nice rooms with comfy beds, and many extras that make for a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfasts. Pleasant attentive staff.
