We stayed at Baytree after a wedding nearby and it was wonderful! Amanda and Simon are great hosts, the room was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was to die for... It's also within walking distance from the center, what is nice. Tottaly recommend it!!

If you are looking for a B&B in Harrogate look no future. We were welcomed by Simon who could not do enough for us. The room was excellent and the breakfast brilliant. We asked Simon for advice on were to eat in the evening, he was so helpful and pointed us in the direction of an excellent fish restaurant. Would... More

Room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable on second floor with views of the tree tops. Lovely modern bathroom and great bed. Breakfast is... More

Lush little B and B. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast is great, local fresh produce cooked to order, not greasy like most places, home made bread, yoghurts and jams scrummy! The owners are great really make you feel at home. Location is pretty good a five min walk to the center. Overall I got... More

Stayed just one night after a wedding in Yorkshire with my boyfriend and wish we could have stayed longer. Spotless, nice room, parking, great location, extremely friendly hosts and an exceptional breakfast. Lots of information for anyone who hasn't been to the area before and walking distance to all the key areas. Large bathroom and very comfy bed. Will definitely... More

Have been before so were looking forward to returning, not disappointed. Very friendly and helpful welcome and immaculate room. Only there three days so not enough time to explore all the permutations of the excellent breakfast. Although parking area small we had no problem at all with parking on the road outside, with the supplied disc.

Bay tree house is a beautiful old house located in a lovely street about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate. We had a room on the top floor looking out onto the street with gorgeous furnishings and loads of space. The only negative was the pillows, they were quite lumpy and we both found we couldn't get comfy,... More

We stayed for 5 nights whilst exhibiting at The Harrogate Home & Gift Fair. The hosts Amanda & Simon are hugely personable people and their beautiful house is so well located for a short walk into Harrogate itself which has great pubs, bars & restaurants ..... Including the recently opened Jamie Oliver Italian which we enjoyed last night ! We... More
