Stayed for only one night but this place was a real find. We'd been walking near Malham and Irene was waiting to welcome us with sandwiches, cake and a fresh pot of tea. The room was cosy, very comfortable and in a prefect location - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Harrogate but on a very quiet road.... More

A dream experience. We arrived late and dripping from the storm. Irene threw up her window on the third floor when we rang the bell, surprised we had finally arrived. She ran down and let us in. I was a grump. Irene made all that go away in about two minutes. She was so gracious and accommodating. She took us... More

We were in Harrogate for a family reunion and needed accommodation for one night, We managed to find Ye olde coach House from another hotelier and what a find. Irene and Stuart were so welcoming from us arriving Saturday to leaving Sunday. Although not checking in until almost 7pm we were still greeted with plates of lovely fresh sandwiches, cakes... More

Stayed here on Valentines Night... and Irene and Stuart made our stay very special and memorable decorating the room with helium balloons roses chocolates and champagne, at no extra charge and off their own backs. Ideal location for Harrogate town centre in a quaint quiet street. Hotel was immaculate, rooms spotless, wide selection of breakfast food cooked to perfection. But... More

This is the third time I have stayed here and each time we go we don't want to leave. This time I stayed with 2 of my girls and the hospitality you re given is 2nd to none. Irene and Stuart just can't do enough for you. We were greeted with wine, crisps, sandwiches and cakes when we arrived at... More

In September 2014, we decided to stay for 2 nights in the 'Ye Olde Coach House' in Harrogate- the best decision ever made! The Coach House is located in a very calm street but still close to the city centre. All attractions in Harrogate are to reach by a pleasant walk through the town. Irene and Stuart has been waiting... More

Had a pleasant stay. Irene couldn't do enough for us. Sandwiches and other little snacks left in the room were really nice! The breakfast on the morning was unbelievable! The town is easy enough to walk into fairly central location! Irene even bought us a little Christmas present and also one to take home to my mum who uses the... More

Thank you Irene for a great stay in your guest house , your scones were lovely . From snacks on arrival to the breakfest feast you could not want for more . I doubt you could not find this sort of hospitality anywhere else in the country !

My wife and I had gone thru numerous reviews of various high quality Harogate B&B's for our recent one night stay on UK holiday from Chicago. Whether it was availability, luck, etc we happened to pick this particular B&B. We can honestly say we have never had a better B&B experience in all of our travels. We were made to... More
