We did not stay at this hotel, but it was recommended to us for a meal. We had a wonderful evening. Excellent food, excellent service, wonderful ambiance and a great guitarist/singer, what more could you ask for. It is a little on the expensive side but worth it.

My husband and I have just returned from 1 night stay away in Harrogate. The hotel was booked last minute without any research so we were unsure what to expect. We were not disappointed. The location is so central, only a few mins walk to shops, bars etc. Our room was dated but extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are... More

A very good attraction but is more a restaurant with rooms than a hotel. For example there is no lounge and there is no lift. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly and the food is also very good. There is live jazz in the restaurant every night except Saturday and makes for an entertaining evening. We had room 5 which... More

We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights , we had booked a suite / selfcontained apt having read the reviews and were not disappointed , the other rooms that we saw looked excellent as well , what a very nice place , jazz orientated , not that we are into jazz but it was pleasant to listen... My husband and I decided to eat at the Harrogate brasserie after checking all the other restaurants in the town. I am pleased to say we were not disappointed in our choice. We arrived at 7 and the manager kindly informed us that we could order from the "early bird menu" if we were quick which saved us some money... More

We have just returned from 5 nights at this hotel. It is centrally located and just a few minutes walk from the theatres and other main attractions. It also has a limited amount of free parking at the rear, which was a boone in Harrogate. If you like modern minimalism then this hotel is not for you, as the look... More

Just returned home from the most fantastic stay at this fabulous quirky hotel in a perfect central location. Had booked the one bedroom apt. but as the hotel was full the lovely owner upgraded us to a three bedroom town house apt. In the adjacent street. It was beautifully furnished and decorated and comfortably sleeps five. Had a lovely meal... More
