Great location, lovely room and delicious breakfast. My wife and I found Room 2 absolutely perfect, spotless and very relaxing. Parking permits are another good touch to help ease your stay. We are already looking forward to making a return visit.

My teenage grandson and I have just spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. It was spotlessly clean, pleasing décor and personal touches that you might not expect to find in such a small establishment. Toiletries, face cloths, bath robes, bowl of fudge, biscuits, chocolate, large selection of different teas and coffees, hairdryer, alarm clock, wifi etc. It is very... More

Loved everything about this B&B. Immaculate, contemporary, cosy, friendly hosts, great location - so central with free parking available. Excellent service, lovely breakfast. Very, very good value. I was sold with the bar of chocolate and the little dish of fudge on the dressing table. They think of everything. Thanks for a lovely stay, guys. Would definately recommend.

In common with nearly all other reviewers, my wife and I have nothing but praise for the way in which Marie runs her B&B. It is impossible to fault anything at all, or to think of any way in which the experience could be improved upon.

I visited Harrogate last weekend with my partner. Such good value for money compared to some of the bigger hotels and the Holiday Inn across the road. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and were shown restaurants near by that might be of interest to us. Our room was ready earlier, and it was gorgeous! Very light and airy,... More

I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at this lovely boutique B&B. I was away with my sister and we shared a twin room on the third floor. This accommodation ticked all the right boxes and we are a fussy pair to please. A warm welcome, lovely room, clean, comfy beds, great location, tasty breakfast and friendly helpful owners.

I visited with 2 old school friends, we had a single room and a suite with 2 beds. The rooms were both lovely and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable with gorgeous linen/quilts and pillows. Lovely touches including facial wipes in the ensuite and a jar of sweets. The breakfast choice was good and the cooked breakfast cooked to... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in April. Would usually look for a more commercial travel lodge or the like but all were fully booked...so glad they were or I wouldn't have discovered this little gem. Rooms are beautiful with thoughtful finishing touches such as the little bowl of fudge sweeties and the cosy dressing gowns hanging on the doors.... More
