The Bull Hotel is ideally located in the city centre of Peterborough, within walking distance from the cathedral, restaurants, drinks, and stores. Parking is free, but only accessed from the east. Stayed here for business for a few nights. It was ok. The lobby/foyer is the best bit, all fancy and ornate, but dont let that fool you! The rooms are pretty pants to be honest. Mine reminded me of that travelodge that Alan Partridge stays in. Shabby, worn out, wallpaper peeling - and I had to retune the TV myself....

Have just returned from a short recovering from Christmas break at the Bull in Peterborough. Our first visit to this hotel did not disappoint:excellent value for money;a well appointed bedroom;good food;hospitable bar and above all a delightful staff. The staff were friendly but never familiar; helpful but never patronising;industrious but never appeared down trodden.
