We stayed at The Hub for only one night and it was perhaps the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. First of all the hotel is located in what's appears to be some sort of industrial estate (surrounded by car dealerships and building supplies shops ect.), the hotel itself looks like a warehouse. The first room we were given... More

I stayed here just after the refurbishment last year. I have just stayed again and they're already dong more refurbishment work...the new owners really do take great care of this place! The rooms are spotless and the communal toilets are being kept clean throughout the day/night. Will stay here again when needed for business.

Stayed here with my netball team on Friday night for a Saturday fixture. Three in a room, one double bed with bunkbed above. Quite small room for three people, found some hairs on the bunkbed and the strip lighting in the room not nice, the smaller bedside light did not work. Shared toilets bit smelly and shower room small with... More

I was sent to Peterborough for a week with work and was shocked at the hotel they had booked me... the staff were friendly but the hotel standards were poor... The rooms weren't cleaned, just the beds made, I tested this theory out by marking the sheet one morning. The shared showers were quite poor too, leaked everywhere. There was... More

I recently stayed here for one night with my mum and sister before attending an event near Peterborough. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars in rating this hotel because I think a lot of it has to do with expectations. If one is expecting too much you will likely be disappointed. So while I don't think it is necessarily... More

Myself and my friend had a very good stay in The Hub, Peterborough. We stayed in a twin en suite room, which was very good value for money. The interior decor was very modern, fresh and suitable for the hotel's clients. The decor was varied between Marilyn Monroe and Banksy art work. What I liked about our particular room was... More

More of a hostel than a hotel, with shared toilets and shower rooms, but if you're simply looking for a clean and cheap bedroom for the night then this place will suffice. ROOM: small, very plain, but clean with a comfortable bed. TV with lots of channels, free WIFI in the room and basic tea/coffee facilities help to make things... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, my husband and I in a double, our two children in a twin. I'm surprised that other reviewers have complained that the toilets and shower aren't in the room - it's perfectly obvious when you book, and, if you don't like it, don't book! As somewhere to come in, sleep, and go away it's... More

We stayed for two nights, myself and my partner, rooms were a fair size. First room had a damp smell, we were given a alternative room with no hassle. Location was about 20 mins out of town, about 5 mins in a taxi, a £4-£5 fare depending on times, evening usually was £5. We would stay again, if we visit... More

I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and it has passed through several owners in this time. The accomodation is basic (like most places i stay) and very resonable. I come here every year when i attend the Peterborough Beer Festival. I usually travel with a friend and get a room that has a double bed... More
