Seriously, if you cannot afford better than this I would suggest you stay at home. The motel is terrible. Maybe try a cabin park.
The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nothing special, but it was clean and cheap!
Unfortunately, due to massive flooding in and around Bendigo, we couldn't actually get to this hotel (it is located about 10km outside of Bendigo), when contacting the owners to request to carry our credit or even get a discounted rate to stay the following weekend, we were flatly denied. This would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, decore is 70's at best. beds and linen are old and worn out, bathroom / toilet is so small basin is in main room. Traffic noise was very noticable. This is not a 3 star motel
