I stayed in this hotel for two nights recently. We were visting family in the Ruislip area. It was what you would expect with a Premier Inn. The facilities were obviously basic but the room was clean and a decent size. The hotel is attached to the Orchard bar and restaurant. This bar had a nice area outside where you... More

Family room was huge. We were greeted with a friendly receptionist and everyone on reception we saw always said hello and were polite and friendly. It was a 10 minute walk to either of the Ruislip stations. Staying out of London meant we were not disturbed by any traffic. We stayed for 3 nights and were woken up on the... More

Booked this hotel as we were going for an evening out in the west end. Ideal for us as we were driving up (it's only a few minutes of the motorway) and then catching the tube into London. The tube station is a 10/15 minute walk and easy to get to. The place is one of the smaller premier inns... More

Stayed 2 nights to visit friends who live nearby and attend a 30th birthday party. Receptionist Chelsea was lovely and very helpful. Room was large and really good value for money. Restaurant next door served great food with a menu to suit all. Little pub over the road was also nice. Shops on High Street were a 2 minute stroll... More

Arrived early and receptionist checked and as room was ready let us check in. When we entered room there was an awful smell of stale food. We put this down to the fact that breakfast had not long finished. So we opened the window hoping it would clear while we were out. However when we came back later the smell... More

The best thing I could say about our stay here, was that it was cheap. They do provide a clean room with a comfortabel bed, storage, a kettle and tea and coffee and a television. However, our room stunk of fried food from the adjoining restaurant. The smell was coming through the sink in the bathroom and our room was... More

We received a warm welcome when we checked in. The room was clean and adequate for a family (2 adults & 2 children). Bathroom and shower were well kept, There is adequate free onsite parking. Our only gripe was that when we went down for breakfast, The welcome we received was lukewarm at best. We were told on arrival that... More

I past valentine's day there and it was lovely and fanastic. The food was very good. The receptionist Waqar was lovely. I never saw a person like him in my life. One day I want him to be the manager. The room was exquisite, espically the beds. This was the best valentines I had. Amazing.

We booked the Premier Inn at Ruislip in order to attend an early funeral at Breakspeare Crematorium. We checked in around 7.15pm and received a quiet but warm welcome and given a choice of rooms. The automatic doors at the entrance are a godsend when carrying luggage, but there is no lift to the upper floors. The rooms were very... More

Large carpark, well lit, but not all covered by cctv and there have been breakins, so as you should, leave nothing of value on show. The reception staff will show you the areas covered by cctv. Automatic main doors are a godsend when carrying bags. The staff are very helpful , and polite. The room was clean well equipped and... More
