We had a lovely time here. The apartment was spacious and it had a wonderful picture window overlooking the hillside where we could see deer grazing in the evening. I booked a weekend self-catering rental on the goireland.com website. The recently- built, house slept 7 people in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Simply, but comfortably furnished and well equipped. Beautiful surroundings in the middle of Wicklow scenery, yet easy to find coming from either Blessington or Roundwood. We rented a self-catering four-bedroom home for a week in Mid-August. There were six adults. The Kippure Estate - oringally a hunting lodge - is located on 240 acres in Kildare, Blessington, County Wicklow on the edge of the Wicklow Mountains National Park.
