The rooms are crummy private room up loads of stairs with shared bathroom. Over priced there are cheaper B & Bs which have onsuites and free secure parking with in the same area. We asked to see the rooms before paying and decided to stay elewhere

first I have to say that te staff there is very friendly en helpful BUT the room was very poor in furniture, the bed was old and THE SHEDS WERE DIRTY. Stayed here mid May 2010 after catching ferry accross from Fishguard. Nothing at Rossalaire so Wexford it was. Liked the atmosphere here, first night in Ireland and no complaints. Host Joanne was from Sydney and very pleasant and chatty. Outside area was good and kitchen/lounge facilities all fine too. Stayed here for one night before catching the ferry at Rosslare back in 2007 and it was dreadful. We were allocated the wrong room to start with and only got given our original booked room when i produced documented evidence. This hostel is a great place to stay and exceptional clean. Staff is very welcoming and friendly and does everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and very nice.
