We have just returned from a weekend break staying at Clifford House. Margaret and Michael were fantastic hosts. We will definitely be returning later in the year. Breakfast wonderful, plenty of choice. Beautiful sea views from our bedroom. Margaret extremely helpful regarding local amenities and travelling tips. We have no hesitation in recommending Clifford House, it was perfect.

Amazing place to stay, really nice rooms with beautiful view. And host Margaret was much more than just friendly and helpful. She also upgrade our double room to suite as it was still low season, and this way she made our stay memorable. She also told us about this secret garden near by and gave a ring to man running... This B&B really is perfection: warm hospitality (including lovely tea/coffee & cake on arrival!); stunning location on a cliff overlooking the sea; gorgeous bedroom (we were lucky enough to get their suite); and friendly, helpful owners, who couldn't do enough for us. The house is spotless, with fabulous little extra touches, and is very professionally run. The location is excellent... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Clifford for the second time, following our first visit in June this year; what a gem. You are made very welcome from the minute you arrive, particularly the tea/coffee and homemade cake!! The bedrooms are very comfortable, well appointed, and the two we stayed in have fabulous sea views. Breakfast is first class... More

Some B&Bs have great locations, some are wonderful properties and some offer great hospitality. Clifford House has it all including a great full Irish breakfast in a breakfast room with breath taking views. From the moment we arrived we knew that this was not a normal B&B, the gardens and various pieces of sculpture carefully placed gave an indication of... More

We stayed 2 nights in early August 2013 at this delightful B & B, in a lovely double suite overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and clean and the owner, Margaret, warm and welcoming. She brought a pot of tea and home made baking out to a sunny spot in the garden, and filled us in on the sights... More

We stayed at Clifford House for one night on 13th May 2012 as we had to catch an early ferry back to the UK. The b and b is a beautiful house overlooking the sea and the harbour at Rosslare. Margaret, the owner, welcomed us in the lounge with coffee and biscuits and explained about the local area and offered... More
