My friends and I meet at the Brandon house every year and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. I come from the US, and my friends from London, we check space at this hotel before we book our flights! It is great value, warm and cozy, the rooms are large. The place has AMAZING art all the way around the... more

I stayed in this hotel for one night and i am glad it was only for one night. I am very suprised it is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are dated and unclean, mould all over the bathroom and hair in the bath. The bed and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Everytime I turned in the bed i... more

The hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by gardens. While in need of maintenance and upgrading, it is a very relaxing place to stay. Staff are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, food is excellent and reasonable and generally one has the feeling of being in a family situation rather than in a hotel. Being very popular for... more

Firstly, the spa was fantastic, i really enjoyed it and thought it was a fantastic experience and the atmosphere was very relaxing, however was not overly impressed that i had added VAT when i decided to pay at reception upon departure, and was not informed as such before agreeing to it!! The Staff at reception and in the bar area... more

I stayed there for a weekend with a group of friends and was very disappointed with both the quality of food and the service we received in the dining room. We arrived on saturday afternoon some of us were having treatments in the spa, which I must say were very good and staff very welcoming and competent. All went well... more

My husband and I spent the last night of our holiday at this hotel, prior to catching the early morning ferry the following day. First impressions were favourable, with extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the Library Bar. However, on closer inspection the hotel revealed itself to be rather shabby and confused - a cross between a... more

Had a lovely few days in the hotel. Our room was a very good size, only thing I didnt like was that it looked out on to the swimming pool area,no view and was noisy enough from the squeals of delight of the children in the pool. It didnt bother us too much. Who is going to complain about kids... more

Have to say the Brandon House Hotel left both myself & my hubby totally relaxed and happy after a 3 night break away. We went for a Spa break and we were extremely pleased with the quality & price of the treatments and the Thermal Area is well worth a visit. Worth checking if it's included in your package as... more

As a very frequent visitor(at least twice a year for the past 5 years) to the Brandon House, we returned yet again for another very enjoyable stay. From the time you arrive at the hotel, you see familar faces still wroking there and they make you feel very much 'at home. Very safe for children as it is located off... more
