Stayed here recently on 3 night midweek break. This included Breakfast on each morning and one evening meal, for €114 pps. It was fantastic value. The room we had was a lovely size, with both a double and a single bed. There is ample storage space and it had tea/coffee making facilities. There is however no safe in the room... More

Our first motorcycle trip to ireland. Arrived in Dublin at 6.30am and travelled to New Ross for oir first destination the Brandon hotel. Shattered and completely soaked, but expecting a warm welcome and our luxury room that had been prebooked with a view. To be greeted by Martin on reception, who all I Can say obviously thought we were not... More

We were at a beautiful Civil Service Wedding in August 2014. The room was beautiful decorated not sure if this was done by direction of happy couple or just hotel but either way beautiful. Hotel itself is in a beautiful setting. Food was lovely, Beds were comfortable, Rooms were nice for a 3 Star hitting the 4 star but for... More

A lovely friendly and helpful welcome at reception. In fact, all the staff were friendly during our stay. Our dinner was good value for money rather than a superb meal. The hot breakfast buffet might be avoided and instead order from the kitchen. Our room was a good size but the quality of the furnishing and the bed linens did... More

Overall hotel experience = 100% Went with our daughters 9months old and 7years old. Martin at reception was very helpful and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier (which when traveling with a baby is very helpful) ROOM - Our room was a bit on the basic side, and could have used some TLC ie the curtains. Not... More

I chose this hotel because of the pictures of it's lovely sitting room. I like to go away to hotels that have 'hideaway' sitting rooms, where I can take the newspapers or a good book and a cup of coffee of glass of wine and snuggle into a comfy armchair (in front of an open fire in winter) and just... Nice hotel with lovely food and great staff. All very friendly. However the rooms we stayed in were quite noisey. The walls were thin so you could hear whole conversations. I didn't say it to reception till i was leaving as if i was moved to another room i think it would have been the same.

just returned from a four night stay in this great Hotel, what can I say, the food is fab as always, and the bar menu has changed and a big improvement I must say! I would like to compliment Steven the waiter in the bar, I have never seen such a good waiter, he had it all, excellent! A special... More

I'm a regular visitor to this hotel and the food is fantastic. Good quality, well prepared and very reasonable in price. The grounds are fantastic and it has a nice view. There's a nice Spa and gym for guests. You should try it for lunch, You won't be disappointed.

A lovely hotel with spacious family rooms, beautiful grounds, a nice leisure centre and kids club. The food was absolutely delicious, we fed the kids in the bar (their food looked very nice) and had a gorgeous 3-course mean in the restaurant. Breakfast was very nice too. This hotel would make a great base for touring the Kilkenny/Waterford area.
