I came to waterford to visit a friend, was disappointed with the welcome recieved from a member of the bar staff who seemed extremely busy and not that interested in me. Had to ask basic questions about breakfast etc. Room was just above the entrance hall looked out over street - noisy traffic and above where smokers have the puff... more

Stayed here with my wife, and brother and his wife for three nights. We were treated like gold by the owner and all the staff. Our room was right above the bar, but we were in the bar having a great time. We met every single person in the bar and everybody was very nice. The hotel is actually fairly... more

This was the unfriendliest most unhelpful place that I have ever stayed in my life. We were a hen party (and a very non-rowdy one at that) but from the moment we got there we were made to feel like an inconvience rather than paying guests. Firstly - we were made pay up front even though we were staying two... more

We were in a party of 14 from Wales UK . Travelled to Ireland via ferry and minibus, (no problems with parking the minibus). The staff and people were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay, cant wait till next time. more

Don't stay here. Although their website sounds good, the photo is misleading and only shows the guesthouse a level above street level. This place is over Bar not in the photo and it is loud with music that begins at 9:30. The room was cramped, it smelled bad and there is no place to park. Also, not in the best... more

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. They claimed City Center, but it was not close. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Hair in the sink drain and mold in the shower. We could not wait to leave in the morning. more
