We stayed l7th 18th and 19th november and were pleasantly surprised as reviews not so good before we went. We found the staff very very friendly in all areas of hotel food lovely bedroom very spacious and as weather was dreadful on l9th we spent all day in bar and bedroom and was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. more

My partner & I stayed here for one night as it was my Birthday. When we checked in the Receptionist was friendly & told us the Restaurant & bar times. She never told us anything about the Gym or Beauty salon in the hotel, It's only I read in a leaflet later that evening that the hotel had those amenities.... more

We stayed here for two nights in November and despite mixed reviews, we found it to be great value. We decided to chance the car park and had no trouble finding a space, although it is tight! The foyer itself was clean and modern ( I think it was the Kings of Leon playing over the speakers!) with cream leather... more

Stayed in this hotel for three nights with some friends and we had a great time. From the friendly staff and the great food we coudn't be happier with our stay. Two of the girls tried out some treatments from the beauty salon and said they were really friendly and professional. The hotel itself is really clean and modern and... more

Booked this hotel in April 09 on a B&B basis. Arrived at about 5pm and asked about an evening meal. Told very abruptly that as they had two parties (viz. coaches) we could not eat until 8.30pm. Bar available. Felt that as independent travellers we were 2nd class citizens. Otherwise good position and comfortable rooms more

Stayed in the hotel for one night - good deal in terms of cost but I don't think the hotel deserves to be rated as a four star. The room was spacious and comfortable,if a little noisy because we faced a fairly busy street, but there were no little extras that you expect with a four star rated hotel. The... more

I booked this hotel for my parents, my sister and her husband and myself and my husband for a city break and some spa treatments. We tried all week-end to get beauty treatment but could not. The noise outside and inside the hotel meant we did not sleep for two nights. Rooms were clean but basic, not enough towels or... more

Arrived at the hotel, could not get packing so had to park down the road, its not exactly the ideal start to a break away and then having to pay for it on top of that. We were in a triple room and i must say it was very nice, very spacious and clean. However when we arrived there my... more
