stayed for one night,a Saturday night and allowing for being busy the check-in was very professional. Swift and efficient, its not often you get that. Room was bright and more importantly clean with crisp bed clothes. Lunch in bar was good value with attentive staff and good service,no complaints. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough, staff could be more attentive and... More

We were only in Waterford for two nights but our stay at the Fitzwilton was made so much more enjoyable by their extraordinary front desk receptionist, Sharon. We were hopeful to find a local hurling match and she investigated to find one close by, as well as helping us to find our way around the city. Many thanks!

Great location in Waterford city. As you arrive it is very welcoming with a lovely bar and rosy lobby. Nice breakfast and dinners. The rooms are nice and clean but are a little disappointed by the shower in bathroom but in all its ok. A nice staff always willing to help. Beds are soft and comfortable.

We had such a bad experience in this place, where to start? The only positive is the location, it is really close to the shops but then so are lots of other hotel so pick one of those! The rooms are ok, average, fuzzy TV channels, warm as no air con but fine if you get a fan. Dinner included... More

Stayed for two nights in early August with dinner included for one night, the hotel is in a good location with limited on site parking, the reception staff were extremely helpful on arrival. We decided to use the free diner on the first night, the menu was fairly limited and popular items such as steak had surcharges applied, there was... More

We spent a night here in August as part of a Trafalgar tour. Our room was dated, and the towel rack had fallen off and was missing from the bathroom. We ate dinner as a large group in the dining room, and both the service and food were just okay. Nothing outstanding about either one. Our room overlooked a busy... More

Was here for a 2 night weekend in August. Had a excellent dinner on the Saturday night. Has a really nice bar. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was very busy both mornings but still very good. In a good location right near the quays.

We booked for two nights bed and breakfast. Staff were very nice and rooms were spotless. Very cosy walking distance to everything. One little compliant is the television stations weren't great . Our second day it never stopped raining. And not alot to do when the weather is so bad. But other than that we'd definitely stay here again and... More

Stayed here for one night with Trafalgar Tours. It is a very nice property, no complaints. Nicely decorated rooms and bath. Very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. I'd stay here again. Everything was organized well.
