I thought this hotel was good value for money, It was reasonably priced, very clean, breakfast was very good, and staff were nice and friendly. The location isn't very pretty (i.e. in industrial type road surrounded by car dealerships) but it is a very easily accessed location and only a few minutes drive from shops, and city centre. The room... More

Stayed with our young baby as we attended the winterval in the city. We received a very warm welcome, and were offered a room change without any hassle , when we wanted a room with a bath instead of just a shower. Breakfast was great on both mornings and we had dinner on one of the nights, and it was... More

Me and my partner arrived at this hotel or food. We sat down, we were ignored by the girl at the counter. Too busy talking. After about 15 mins she came over and took out order. She took down the order wrong and walked off. I ordered a glass of milk. I sat and waited another 10 minutes to get... More

Stayed on a Saturday night in November after attending a wedding at a different venue on the Friday night. Great value, spotlessly clean, very friendly & helpful staff. Bit far out of town so not ideal if your planning a big night out. Food in bar was excellent value for money & very tasty. The matress on the bed wasn't... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a quick weekend break, the hotel is very clean and nice but nothing special. Its in the middle of an industrial estate about a 5 minute drive from the city centre so not ideal for young couples/groups of friends planning on hitting the town but fine for a quite weekend away. Staff were... More

We stayed here for two nights. As others have said, a car is a must here as it is way too far to walk into town. The rooms and bathrooms were quite drab and could do with a bit of sprucing up. We were very happy with the buffet breakfast but there wasn't as much as a selection on the... More

On a damp, miserable day following a long drive from Killarney, life felt suddenly better by the warmest of welcomes. Reception was swift and pleasant (accompanied by a coffee!!). Large quiet room located at the rear. Excellent food and plenty of it. Such a pleasure to be back again.

Stayed here with our two young grandchildren for 2 nights on a Lidl break. This hotel is in a terrible location with nothing within walking distance. The room was shabby with a miserable feel to it & although the radiator was off, it was unbearably hot during the night. The staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast was really lovely... More

Stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night on a deal for €100 including b+b. Hotel is clean and worth the price I paid. It's a bit outside Waterford City Centre and cost around €12 for a taxi into the town centre. Breakfast was okay but the second morning although I was there over an hour before it finished much...
