I have read some recent reviews on this hotel and I must say we found it the total opposite. We had a hen party (very civilized with no bad behaviour by anyone - and I am the mother of the bride!) in the hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Lovely pleasant surroundings with very nice rooms, spotlessly... More

Just back from a midweek visit to Waterford and I must admit I was very surprised by the Tower Hotel. I booked a single room and actually received a triple room with two singles and a double bed which had plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Some of my other family members stayed in other rooms which where smaller... More

Myself my husband and our 7 year old daughter stayed 1 night in family room. We were met at reception by lovely receptionist. Got to our room. Looking for iron and ironing board. Nothing in sight. Phoned reception. They brought up an old iron with tape around the flex. Instead of replacing with new iron. It was taped up. I... More

Unfortunate a disappointing stay. Very hit and miss and bears no comparison to the website. Reception is business like, not a very friendly welcome - asks for payment upfront although this is not on the booking conditions. Room was facing the rear of the hotel, the windows and window sill were dirty, rest of the room was clean. Carpet needs... More

For yet another year myself and my family along with my parents visited the Tower for another fantastic stay. Rooms amazing, pool amazing, food amazing and most importantly of all the STAFF amazing. The Tower is a fantastic place for any family to visit for one or more nights as they are super family friendly with kiddies movies every night,... More

My wife and I enjoyed a most pleasant and relaxing stay in this hotel in mid August. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The Leisure centre was equally clean with all the facilities one would expect and more... Extra large Sauna room and Plunge Pool which has to be experienced to be appreciated fully... The breakfast buffet is simply... More

I booked a Superior Family Room at Euro175.00 total cost for midweek one night bed & breakfast - for myself and my hubby and baby. Yes the room was pleasant, one of the newly refurbed rooms, very clean, decor was fine/pleasant, good layout, good size room: 2 x double beds & 1 single. Other guests told me they paid 115E... More

My partner and I stayed in this Hotel in late July and I must say what a pleasant experience it was. It was a very busy period for the hotel due to a flight cancellation and holiday peak but the staff made it feel as if we were guests on a very quite period. I would like to give a... More

In July we held my fathers 70th in The Tower Hotel . Our booking was dealt with by Deirdre in events who went through all menu options in detail with us and could not have been more helpful she suggested sending in a picture of my dad which she scanned and put on personalised menus . On the night itself... More
