I stayed in this hotel while visiting Waterford on business and the only good thing about it is its close location to the city centre.
The staff in general are unhelpful and uninterested in their guests.
The is no parking in the hotel which is a real pain. They sell an all day parking ticket for a public car park on the quay side which meant that while I did not use the car during my stay in Waterford I had to go to the car each morning in the rain to change the parking ticket.
Breakfast was very poor as was the bar food.
The lack of any facilities also means that staying here alone on business is very boring.
Over all I would not recommend this hotel as there are far better ones in the city with parking and with facilities. more
