Delayed at reception check-in for 20 mins. They had the complete wrong rates for our weekend (12 women on a golf wkend) When I eventually arrived to my bedroom it had not been cleaned. Stayed for 1 night. Arrived late and were greater by night porter who was very welcoming. Generally staff are really very good, hotel is ok. Feels somewhat like a retirement centre and smells like it too. But can't complain about the price. More
