We stayed en route to the ferry at Rosslare, and needed an early start. This was really good value, - clean room, friendly staff, easy parking. Everything was as good as a Travelodge gets, and we were very pleased to stay here. A Chinese restaurant nearby was recommended , which was also excellent. Will return

Travelled to what I thought was a no frills hotel but was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received. Management and staff couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel very clean and quite with very comfortable beds. Stayed in the older part of the hotel which is soon due for renovation but didn't find... More

Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk through the door from reception staff to the very helpful manager. Room was lovely and clean. Great location. Great prices could not fault it. Would recommend the travelodge waterford to anyone. Will stay again if I need to

Avoid room 56 if possible, everyone one who needs a pre bed cigarette and discussion with friends congregates below room 56 bedroom window (the smoking area outside reception entrance that is) and prevents you from sleeping.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights. Was apprehensive after reading negative reviews but they couldn't have been further from the truth. The hotel was clean and fresh and comfortable. The location was excellent, the staff were welcoming and friendly and the best part for us (bar the price) was we could bring our dog! The staff welcomed him... More

I can not rate my stay at the Travelodge highly enough. Firstly, you can not argue with the price, excellent location, lots of restaurants near by and a nice green area opposite the travelodge that my 2 year old son appreciated. All the staff are all friendly and polite, always stopping to say hello and always seem happy and upbeat.... More

We stayed for a couple of nights. It was quite. It is pretty close to downtown Waterford with a little walking to Waterford Crystal 7-8 blocks there if you need the exercise. The rooms were far from the front desk.

I stayed in Travelodge Waterford for one night with my partner. The room was fine albeit a bit cold on entry but it soon warmed up when I turned on the heater. Everything was perfect, but there was no plug in the bath so I could not have a bath, and the plug from the sink did not fit the... More

Check in was swift, but disappointed in this day and age wifi is charged for. The room on the first floor was fine, a hand towel and bath towel is sufficent but a bath mat really should be provided as the floor becomes very slippy when stepping out the bath/shower. Accidents must happen often, although there is a a bright... More

Dear ccrystal, Thank you for your review. I was pleased to read that you found your bedroom satisfactory for your needs. Out of 4 nights stay, only 2 were noise free. First night woken by a young lad drinking from a can who was looking for his friends knocking on all the doors. At least he apologised for waking us. Worst night was the last one, occupants next door came in noisily at 10pm then had a party. We complained to... More
