We stayed here as a staging point on our way to Cork (from Dublin) and this B&B was perfectly located just off the ring road around Waterford City. We stayed here 3 nights for Tramore races in August. Found everything very clean,and lovely welcome from Catherine and Michael, who helped us out with well informers local knowledge. Breakfast was 1st class. We will definitely return here. Sheila and Dan Martin.

This was a lovely B and B and the couple were very welcoming and helpful in giving us tips on the locale. Catherine was very fmriendly, but gave us our space. The breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless.

Girls came down for weekend and book into Rosewood. Very pretty and spotless, our hosts were so kind and helpful, the full Irish breakfast was wonderful and the perfect cure to the night before! Proper coffee in the beautiful garden was a lovely treat. Will be back again with the girls this August.

My husband and I just toured Ireland and had the pleasure of staying at the Rosewood B&B. We were greeted like friends and felt very comfortable right away. They took extra time to make sure we knew where we were going. Breakfast was delicious! It was only 5 mins from the city centre.
