We had a riding break here and found the horses and ESP the cross country track fantastic. Margo and Maria were excellent instructors tho we missed Paddy who we had had before. We felt that the breakfast food was not as nice as before. Sausages, pudding etc really not great quality. The rooms are nice but the reception area needed... More

Comfortable beds, wonderful family, and interested guests from all over the world. Phenomenal breakfast. I accompanied a friend when staying here, who spent her days riding and loved it. However, I am NOT a rider, so I was afraid that I'd have nothing to do. The owners were totally flexible, driving me to town so I could explore. The first... More

We stayed here and enjoyed every minute of it. If you love the country life and very friends people this is the place to stay. We only stayed for one night but would have love to stay more. Just walking the ground and getting love from all the horse and the dogs on the property you could feel calm and... More

I wanted a place to train and develop my riding. I stayed at Anna Harvey for a week and had three hours of riding a day. They have great outdoor facilities, but if you want to become a better rider i strongly recommend taking mainly show jumping or dressage lessons at the farm. Jumping outdoors is fun, but it doesn't... More

Only stayed here for one night, but I wish I could've stayed all week! The room was very comfortable and had a view of the horses in the front pasture. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely too. The horses and riding were excellent as well, I'd go back for a longer stay in a heartbeat!

Chose this Guest House for the location and good reviews. It's an excellent equestrian centre, but if your not interested in horses, or your horsey days are over, it's still offers a very good guest house. We were made to feel welcome and liked the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. it is very much a working farm and lively. The bedrooms were... More

We recently had an overnight stay as our son was competing in the Irish Athletics Championships in Tullamore. We were greeted by the really friendly owner Linda who offered us tea, coffee, cake etc on our arrival which was very much appreciated after our three hour drive. We just loved the friendly, homely atmosphere of the farmhouse, you could kick... More

Loved this place! Tea/Coffee and cakes on arrival and more Tea/Coffee left out for when we came back at night. Stayed over for a christening with the whole family - adult children, spouses and grandchildren. We were made to feel welcome and breakfast was yummy. Loved the informality of this place. Would definately stay there again.
