I stayed at the Hillgrove Hotel for the weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hotel was excellent - from the minute we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a great room in the new wing which had an excellent view of the cathedral (well worth a trip inside). The hotel is very popular for... more

The rooms are large and well equipped and the leisure centre pool, steam room, suana and hot tub are a relaxing way to unwind - I even use the gym occasionally! The hotel itself is within a short... more

Stayed at hotel for 1 night with my mum, we both really enjoyed it. We treated ourselves to a spa treatment which was really relaxing. The staff are really friendly and attentive. We had a beautiful meal in the bar, which was really reasonable considering the euro rate at the moment. There was an awards dinner party on and they... more
