Spent 3 nights in the Westport Plaza and couldn’t fault the hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms with the most comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, especially Kasia at reception, she was genuinely bubbly and helpful. I also recommend the SPA, the staff were great and the facilities first class - loved the outdoor rock pool. I would definitely return.

The City of Westport is small a pedestrian-friendly. The Westport Plaza was opened in 2006, it is quite modern with it's car park being located underneath the hotel and very modern and functional lobby, restaraunt, bar & room layouts. Stayed in the Westport Plaza for a hen weekend, have to say service was first class, staff are friendly and helpful. Had a meal in the restaurant and the food was superb. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone

Me && my husband and 2 kids were staying in the Plaza's sister hotel:The CastleCourt,but decided to have dinner here during our break.The food was delicious!.All the staff were very friendly and a lovely atmosphere in the lounge and bar:) We would love to have a weekend break in the Plaza this time,as we are sure it will be great!:)
