Normally I would not stay at a 3 star, but this hotel just might change my mind. This is a very quaint and charming hotel in a great location with an excellent staff. Our room was much better than you'd expect for a 3 star. This place is very close to a 4 star hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights B&B using tesco club card vouchers. The cost was €330 which was steep but we didn't mind so much as were using the vouchers, but I'd feel hard done by if I was charged this in real money. noisy at night complained but got no reply very grumpy receptionist. It used to be a favourite of mine but im not sure if i'll return. I visited there the first weekend of Sepember 2012. As far as i know there was a funeral and a wedding going on that week-end so perhaps that accounts for the racket at night.... More

Great location in the center of the town, within walking distance of a wide range of shops and pubs. Not the best service we've experienced in Ireland, but great value for the price. Spent €55pp for lodging, dinner, and breakfast. Food I'm the restaurant downstairs is excellent.

We stayed here on a "Living Social " voucher break. We had a lovely experience. The hotel was warm and the staff friendly & so helpful. The food was delicious, choice was varied and all reasonably priced. We had stayed here many years ago and enjoyed our stay, but had wondered if the service would be of a lesser standard... More

Double room at 60 euro was great value. Little dated but fine. Limited parking spaces. Staff were fine. Good shower which I find always makes a difference. Great location right in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and chatty.
