We were a group of 12 varying in age from 25 to 60+!,From the moment I booked with Louise nothing was too much for her.She knew our requirements and everything was followed up.She even organised a cake -free- for our celebration,The hotel was extremely busy that particular w/end-big concert, wedding, etc but that did not affect the service in anyway. We enjoyed... more

Hi there - we just held my fathers 80th party in the castlecourt hotel in Westport Co. Mayo - we had over 75 people at the party, because of the size of our party we were put into a private party/function room in the sister "hotel Plaza" for the party and then went back in the the Castlecourt (just a... more

Wow, I was amazed by this hotel. They had to look after a large group of 35 people, and I was the person in charge of the group. I need not have worried about anything. They organised a trip out for us, and sorted all the girls out with the spa and treatments The reception staff were exceptional, could not... more

The noise levels in the corridors at night time was insane. On both nights we were disturbed by other guests coming and going pi**ed as... more

My Husband and I stayed in the Castlecourt with our four month old baby. The room was perfect, very spacious and modern. The highlight for me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and made sure ourselves and our baby were very well looked after. I would take it for granted that hotel staff would be nice, however, I have... more

A great family hotel all year around, plenty of activites for children, only one suggestion, if you are travelling on busines in the summer months, it's worth upgrading to the adjacent Westport Plaza Hotel as the Castlecourt can be very busy. more
