The accommodation in Hotel Westport was excellent. However, I have to say that my stay here was ruined by the treatment in the Ocean Spirit Spa and Waves hairdressers located on site. To begin with, the treatment I received was not the one I had booked so my time was cut by 30 mins. The 'rush-job' treatment I received was... More

Staying in Hotel Westport from the 16th to 18th April 2010. My plans were to head to Budapest but the volcano Ash situation found my flight grounded. Plan number 2, stay in Ireland and find a place to stay. What luck that Volcano erupted as I would not have had the opportunity to stay in this great hotel. Never before... More

From the moment we walked into the hotel I felt relaxed. We had never tried a family break in a hotel before ( as my two boys can be a bit noisy!) , but no problem here. Lovely hotel, kiddies club, great family rooms (premier rooms). with mini fridge and flat screen tellies. The staff are friendly and very helpful.... More

Hotel is well located and seems to have good facilities although didnt use the leisure facilities myself. The rooms are a bit dark and the lighting is poor. The rooms are large but quite dated, especially the bathrooms. I would not recommend the breakfast. It was not very tasteful, cold (even though we got their early), and everything seemed very... Stayed for 2 nights. Location not as central as thought it would be, but in fairness it was only a ten min walk to the centre of westport . Food was great, the place was clean. Thin walls - could hear the screaming child next door! Only 2 gripes: It classes itself as a 4 star Conference and spa centre,... More

I stayed in this hotel for my friends hens night. From initial contact booking the hotel for the the hens the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. the breakfast was lovely, recommend the scones.

This is a lovely hotel. We did upgrade our room and indeed it was worth every penny. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. However we stayed as part of 2 night B&B and one evening meal. I was very dissappointed in the meal. The selection was very very poor and what we did get did... More

We stayed here for two nights over a weekend, had a dinner included in our break, on check in we got our room number with no other details. ate on the first night, menu extremely limited, food quality and presentation wasn't very appealing. Went to bar after dinner, while the service was friendly, there was no standards of service for... More
