Stayed at Hotel Westport on a 2 night midweek B&B and 1 evening meal deal. Rooms were modern and clean. Room size was large and bathroom contained separate shower and bath. Breakfast was unusual as it was semi - self service, a girl dressed as a chef dishing out the hot food. Bar had 2 craft beers. The evening meal... More

Mid week break with parents. Booked by email, excellent service on this as needed easy access bathroom for parent. Their room was great, bathroom great for anyone with mobility issues, only downside was it was very near reception and some late night noise with guests coming back from town (not young guests!!) I asked for smoking room, no smoking rooms... More

The hotel was 99% perfect. Dining breakfast and dinner was superb. The room spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Night time entertainment most enjoyable. The one drawback related to the environment. While there were notices in bathrooms re saving environment by re-using towels they were still changed. But the most amazing part was that when... More

I stay at Hotel Westport the regularly. I like to cycle around Westport, Leenaun, Delphi, Louisburgh, Achill etc. After a long cycle, It's great to spend time in the swimming pool & leisure facilities. The rooms are lovely, as is the food. The hotel staff members are excellent and genuinely interested in guests. I have dealt mainly with Mary O'Reilly,... More

We stayed here for a wedding in a different hotel. I think we were in the old side of the hotel, as while the rooms were fine, the décor was a bit dated!! But the rooms were clean and had what was needed, and even had a balcony. We had lunch at the hotel bar, though we were waiting so... More

My partner and I stayed there when we went to see The Legend of Grainne MHaol (which was wonderful) We were given a family room - asked for a twin - right down one end of the hotel. The room was very tired looking. The toilet seat would not stay up as it was hitting the flush button and it was... More

We are a family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 young children - and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. All of the staff we engaged with were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and bright. There is a good selection for breakfast. I... More

Stayed here two nights. The hotel location is perfect and an easy walk to downtown. The room was large enough but could definitely use updating as it is showing its wear. The bathroom fixtures are outdated and we found it difficult to work the shower fixtures. The pub was very comfortable. Found all the staff to be friendly and helpful.... More

I stayed here for one night recently and was impressed with the room and the hotel overall. At €178 for one night(saturday) single, I would have expected complimentary water in my room. On the way out for the evening I asked that a large bottle of water be dropped up to my room, which was done. On checking out, I... More
