I generally wouldn't give out but only for fantastic friends and better atmosphere in other pubs and restaurants this could have ruined an otherwise perfect weekend. Came here for my hen and had a list of rules handed out before even a simple hello- not a problem generally but the landlord has no people skills, went to our rooms and... More

Stayed here with 10 other friends for one night on a hen. When we arrived, the man that appeared to be the owner, told us off without even saying hello. He assumed we were going to be trouble before we even opened our mouths (we weren't as we were too tired from the night before and it was a 3... More

arrived in the hope of getting some bar food, when we asked if he was still serving he grumped yes at us before walking away and did not come back with menus or anything. We looked around and when one gentleman went to the bar to order he was told to sit down 😂 Looking around it appeared there was... More

Busy and unfriendly centre of town pub with very basic accommodation. VERY noisy. Probably fine if you're a large group out on the lash, but terrible for anyone else. More like a rough youth hostel than a b&b despite all the traditional pictures on their website. In fact I've had better nights sleep hosteling in a 10 bed dorm in... More

We went for dinner there. Even for pub grub it was of the worst quality. The food was brought in at different times. One of the side dishes was never brought to us. We requested salad without cucumber and, instead of telling us that it wasn't possible due to the fact that the salad was pre-made, the just brought it... More

B&B with a bar and pool table downstairs. Excellent breakfast provided and easy-going, friendly staff. We were three people sharing a room (one double bed and two singles), perfect for our needs. €75 a night i.e. €25 per person for us. You would possibly pay €15 for the breakfast alone so a bargain! The property is perfectly located in the... More

Stayed here at the weekend on a stag, does exactly what it says on the tin. For pub style accomodation and for the price you will not find much better. Basic but clean, safe, location, nice little bar and a decent shower. Food was good, top quality breakfast and breakfast staff very friendly. For a stag / group trip away... More

Went here on a stag wit 12 other lads. Rooms we got were very dirty, no staff called to d rooms over d weekend to change covers. I wouldn't bring d missus here to stay!! It's grand for somewhere to get d head down and a shower . Also the food is good and cheap.

We went to Westport with one of my friend on November 2014 and we found this B&B in my lonely planet. It was a really nice stay the staff is friendly and the room is more than ok! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy this nice city of Westport! Good breakfast also !!

I stayed in Dunnings bed & breakfast in August 2014. I will never forget the experience,,,, After visiting relatives in nearby Loisiburgh, we returned to Dunnings for the night. My party consisted of myself and two elderly gentlemen. We ordered food - Which in fairness was good, no complaints there. After several pints of beer, we decided to call it... More
