We had a lovely evening last Saturday. We firstly went for dinner in the Harlequin Restaurant. Meal was just delicious. Service and Staff were very friendly and efficient. Also very busy, no tables left. We then went to the Theatre to the Christy Moore Concert which was just brilliant. The venue is fab and a great place to see such... More

Overall a lovely place to stay. Lovely dinner, great breakfast and amazing friendly staff. Just a few things bothered me. I phoned to book their best room a few months before. I was told the courtroom delux was ' just as nice as the suite' or even inner. Sounded great, The hotel claims views from this type of room. I... More

We spent 5 nights here and loved everything about it. Top class spotless bedrooms & great beds. Breakfast choices were excellent and dinners delicious. Waiters & waitresses were very attentive. Must mention Lisa Mc Carthy at reception who was so helpful, nothing too much trouble for her. Really great carpark too and all inside so weather was not a problem.... More

My mum and dad, had a hospital appointment and stayed in the Harlequinn. The staff were extremely helpful, ensuring they had an upgraded room near reception. They enjoyed their meals.Going to hospital for appointments can be exhausting and worrying, however staying in the Harlequinn, they were treated like royalty and made the worrying experience an enjoyable experience. My parents are... More

I checked in here late one evening and checked out the following morning, so I didn't get to fully experience the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed, bed comfy. Breakfast was a mess, self service from a hot buffet that was not being properly re-stocked. Average three star hotel.

Let me start by saying that I don't leave reviews here normally. Myself and my husband stayed here on a really good deal recently. It has to be said that the hotels interior is eye catching and modern. The reception area is very nice as is the restaurant. The bedrooms are also very nice, clean and I have no complaints... More

Was in Castlebar and was looking for a bed for the night. The Harlequin Hotel was available and at 79.00 for b&b it sounded good. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are excellent (NO teas and coffees) I had on at the front over looking the Petrol station and Mc Donald's ~ there's free WiFi and it works... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend. The hotel is beautiful modern decor and friendly staff. The rooms were spacey enough and everything was in prefect working order. The hotel has a multistorey car park which is handy and free. I like the little things they do like, have apples in bowls in the hallways... More

Welcoming hotel. Girl on reception was very friendly and when my husband said it was our anniversary and asked if she could upgrade us, she was happy to do so. Lovely delux room which was warm, with a big bed. The corridors were quite. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff couldnt do enough for us. The overnight parking was... More
