Very friendly hotel, the staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely. Both breakfast and dinner was good quality and the entire stay was good value for money. I would definitely return to this hotel for a weekend break.

Stayed for 2 nights 5th-7th Feb to attend sporting event. Very impressive reception and lobby area. Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable and very clean. 10-15 minute walk from train station to hotel, and 5-10 minute walk from hotel to centre of town where there is a good selection of places to eat and drink. None of our group have anything to... More

We stayed at the hotel last night 4 Feb. We had a very nice stay, room was a bit dated and fittings were a bit shabby and need of updating, but the room was big over looking the courtyard. Could not believe the bar closes at 12.30am and no residents bar at all. When checking out we were asked for... More

We stayed at the hotel last night on very short notice as we were up for a funeral of a friend. The hotel itself and rooms are very nice and comfortable. However receptionist was very unpleasant, it seemed like we were putting her out by checking in. Although the website said free parking she said we would be charged for... More

Stayed for one night. Easy to find, convenient multi-storey parking. Check-in was quick, staff very friendly, hotel is beautifully decorated. Room was very large included a small sofa, writing/dressing table and large wardrobes. More than I needed but much appreciated. I ordered room service in the evening, food was very tasty and great portions. I was concerned that it may... More

Brilliant hotel. Service was excellent at reception and the bar and rooms are lovely. Thanks for the great stay. We got a super deal on this place and will definitely be back. I spilt cranberry juice on bed sheets and didn't like to ask them to change the bed and they had the bed changed for us coming back. Brilliant... More

Color full hotel in mixed modern old fashion style. In high standard of a countryside hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good internet connection in my room. Good room for three persons, I am happy that I didn't have two more persons in room that would have been quite crowded. Cold rooms upon arrival. Hairdryer only working in intervals of around... A lovely, relaxing hotel with very nice bedrooms and a friendly, welcoming staff. We stayed for one night and the atmosphere in the hotel was great, especially from reception and the dining room staff at breakfast. Thanks to all there, we hope to return soon. Donnacha.
