Spent a night here while attending a concert in Royal theatre, It is so convenient for the theatre, Really interesting reception area, staff were very helpful. Room looked good apart from bad stains on the bed throw and carpet. beds were on wheels and kept moving. A lot of noise from outside as it appeared they loaded the lorries from... More

We are just back from The Harlequin Hotel, we were there for an Irish dancing weekend. It is a beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room which was beautiful and spotless clean. Extremely friendly staff that couldn't do enough for us and our children. Food was top class. We loved it so much we have booked it again for next... More

This is a bright, welcoming, modern hotel with an above average standard of accommodation. On reception the girls were friendly, chatty and welcoming. Rooms are bright and modern. Restaurant is again bright, open, modern and glitzy. Dinner standard was above average, offering a good menu choice, well presented tasty dishes Breakfast was self service, tasty, good quality and hot. I... More

Stayed one night with wife and two teenage sons. Rooms were decent enough size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lobby area was boutique like. Very small bar area and restaurant was located right next to it. Nice though. Good choice for breakfast and good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to town center where there is... More

Positives Staff here are really excellent from the 2 ladies on reception to Martin in dining room. Really top notch and credit to the hotel. Location is good with only a 5 minute walk to town. Dinner was nice and tasty. Free car park when I visited which was good Negatives The whole hotel had an older crowd staying in... More

Stayed here on business for one night and the hotel is of a good standard close to the town centre. The rooms are clean, bright and modern, and also of a good size. I especially liked the wide nozzle on the shower - so many hotels have inadequate showers. The only criticism was around breakfast, with the buffet style breakfast... More

We went away for a weekend to Castlebar and waited here before so decided to return. Staff helpful and friendly Booked it through lidl breaks so had a 2 course meal which I can say was nice. Bar can be quiet so would suit older folk. Enjoyed it though.

Stayed in this hotel for the International Choral Festival last weekend. The staff were welcoming to a fault - smiling faces and ready to help. Well done. My room was a delux suit which I did not realise I was getting but happy non the less. View was non-existant - car park and walls. Not too nice when nearly one... More

Have stayed here numerous times and is always a good stay on my travels. Boutique feel rooms, always clean and tidy. Have eaten in the restaurant a few times and is always fresh and very tasty although can be a little pricey. Great location near commuting routes to West Port and to Galway. Great pubs and restaurants in the town... More
