Beautiful B&B with many lovely extras and friendly helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again, the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean with robes and toiletries a really nice touch, not what you expect from a B&B. Lovely Irish breakfast that kept you full all day, Peter helped us with places to visit and directions after breakfast, we definitely visited... More

Very friendly hosts, really comfy bed. Usual irish style breakfast available in the mornings - I enjoyed my full Irish breakfast. Were helpful giving directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. Small ensuite bathroom, with nice towels and robes. Interesting music choice at breakfast. Drogheda is a great place to explore the Boyne valley from. This is on the outskirts of... More

Our room was clean and comfortable. The garden area was lovely. Hosts were welcoming. It was easy to find. Breakfast was nice. We would stay there again. Our hosts recommended the Black Bull for dinner. It was very nice too.

We were very pleased with our stay at Orley House. Peter was friendly, helpful and a good host. This was the first of many B&B homes we stayed in during our trip through Ireland and we compared the rest to Orley house. Orley house was at the top of the list. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Orley... More

The owners of this B&B have obviously been doing this for a long time and seem to have everything off pat but have neglected some of the finer detail. We stayed 2 nights in a smallish room with a bathroom not much bigger than a broom cupboard! Much of the tradesmanship in this tiny bathroom was obviously home handy man... More

In reply to your review, the room you stay in was plenty large enough for two persons. The ensuite has everything you would need in it everything in the ensuite is of standard size. Especially since you turned it into a laundry room, not such a broom cuboard after all !. You got all your washing dried and left folded... More

This B&B has a good location. It is close to places such as Dublin airport, Newgrange, Battle of the Boyne visitor centre and other interesting places. On arrival we were greeted by the host who showed us our rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). He was really helpful (gave us some tips on where... More

In reply to your review dated the 25th April 2014. All rooms have the same facilities. The only difference was that in room four you had 2 tall glasses instead of wine glasses. All rooms have dressing gowns, yours was on the shelf under the dressing table. All rooms have the same toiletries, room one had more as it as... More

A stop over on way to Dublin ferry. Warm and friendly welcome from owner. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The ensuite was small but no problem for one night with range of toileteries. Breakfast taken a large and bright conservatory with a lovely and well maintained garden to brighten the day. Although not requested a large glass of... More

This is a pretty house in a residential district, suburb of Drogheda, off the main north-south highway in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are extremely gracious and helpful and serve an extensive breakfast. The price for the room was very reasonable. Since we did not want to drive the narrow, complex roads to the attractions in Boyne Valley, at... More

We were 2 couples traveling in July 2013, and found Orley's to be an excellent B & B. The rooms were large, the bath roomy and well designed with nice toiletries, and complimentary plush robes. Our hosts were very helpful with sightseeing tips and directions, others requests such as ice in our rooms. We enjoyed a most delicious breakfast seated... More
