Stayed here on 23/09/14 with a large group of girls. It was little hard to find but we forced our bus driver to ask for directions!!! Check in was super quick. Decor in the hallway was quirky and different. Rooms were lovely and clean. Had enough towels, hair dryer, comfy bed etc. Staff in the hotel were very nice and... More

I've read recent reviews of this hotel and been rather surprised as my experience does not match. I found the staff on Reception and at Breakfast to be very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Actually we were given a Suite although we hadn't booked one! The bathroom was clean and shiny. Our breakfast on both mornings was really good.... More

Stayed here on the 21/8/14 for a business trip. Firstly it took ages to find. The signage is terrible. The room was just crap. Mattress lumpy , only three tv stations with no tv remote, shower was blocked, walls had mould, and alot of noise. The girl at check in was lovely but @ 7am the next morning it took... More

I wish I could review this hotel, but I arrived last week to be told they were full and didn't have my booking for a two night stay. When I produced all of my booking confirmation information, including acknowledgement of the deposit, the receptionist admitted that I had booked but I couldn't stay as all rooms were occupied. I was... More

We stayed here for two nights. The stay got off to a bad start when they surprisingly asked for all the money up-front. Then, you walk up the stairs and the decor seems tired. Our room must have been about 28C (~85F); we asked for a fan but the receptionist simply shrugged and said they didn't have any. The hotel... More

Having travelled around Ireland during the week this was the best of the B & Bs we had stayed in. Street parking available for 2 hours free but they had arranged special rates in the multi-storey for overnight or two day stay. The breakfast room is in a glass conservatory looking out to the road and lovely selection of cooked... More

Nice place to stay in the heart of limerick city, friendly staff & very nice breakfast, street parking can be a bit of a pain but there's a car park next door which is handy. I have stayed here a good few times over the years while working in limerick and it's also been the same service which is why... More

the shower in room 214. The drain was blocked so water took about 20 mins after the shower to clear & the shower is extremely small, but these didn't effect our overall stay! All the other girls had not a bad thing to say about anything & they're showers were perfect!!!! ;-) Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.... More

Our room was just about ok (207) but my mums was awful (202) with lots of noise from the street and a smelly bathroom. You have to park on street which is free until 930am and then requires 2 hour discs from local shops, you can get this from Centra two streets up. Breakfast was ok but they messed up... More
