if you are looking for a B&B close to either Shannon airport or the city of Limerick, this is the place for you. with only 3 rooms, owner Noreen is very helpful and the room was quiet, clean and quite large. Recently spent 11 days touring Ireland and stayed in 8 different B & B's. The accomodations and breakfast at Dooneen were very nice. I personally did not care for the city of Limerick but if you are in the area I would recommend the Dooneen Lodge. more
