We came here for a midweek break. Overall it was quite disappointing due to a variety of factors. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first as part of our package- the quality of food was awful., service was mediocre. As a 4star hotel we found the restaurant to be quite unpleasant for dining - it's was dull,... More

This hotel has the potential to be excellent, and the location great for stop overs as it's near the main road in to Limerick from the north. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the facilities comprehensive, but the building maintenance is appalling. For a 4-star hotel opened just 12 years ago, it seems not even a lick of... More

Wi-Fi is available for anyone who wants to use it without a password. The problem is that there is no bandwidth left for paying hotel guests after those in the neighborhood use the Wi-Fi. Guests would also appreciate water in the rooms and wash cloths.

I stayed there part of a business conference. The hotel was selected for proximity and good price (60 Euros). Overall it was ok, very friendly staff at the reception and in the bar, but the rooms were kind of uncofortable. Very warm in July, no A/C, very limited number of fans, oldish furniture and mattresses, squeaking doors all over the... More

We really enjoyed our 2 night mid-week stay, staff friendliness and service in general was excellent. Our rooms were big with excellent bathrooms. Spa treatments and wellness center was lovely - just perfect for a relaxing retreat.

Visited in a tour group, initial impression was of a very roomy spacious hotel but be aware, you are not within walking distance of anything .My TV was not working in that all I got was pictures of snow.Rang reception and young lady stated that they would send someone around. Until the time I checked out the following morning, that... More

We recently stayed here with a Trafalgar tour group. The exterior and lobby of the hotel are quite nice, but the rest of it is in need of updating. Our room was on the first floor, yet we had to go downstairs to access it. Our room was 'tired', and had two twin beds rather than a king. The view... More

Great welcome from Anne Marie. Hotel busy with tours. Slow service in bar that evening but tasty food. Booked the drift away spa package. Treatments fantastic. Kimberley was so pleasant and understanding. Well done also Paula and Alan. Spa experience so relaxing. Upgrading needed in rooms. Curtains too short. Not good for light sleepers!! Bathroom spotless but also in need... More

Nice girlie place or for couples. It's just outside Limerick city and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is nice but not the best of quality. The spa is lovely and the treatments were very reasonably priced. The facilities in the spa are lovely, wish we stayed longer!
