I stayed here with a family member who has special needs and uses a wheelchair. The staff were great to deal with they gave us a huge room which meant a more comfortable stay. “Very nice hotel”

Manager in hotel was very helpful and professional fault with television in room and it was replaced straight away, to side of hotel there is a small playground great for small children. I have stayed here twice, excellent selection on offer for breakfast. Rooms are very spacious.

“Comfortable & Convenient to Shannon Airport”

Stayed only one night. Room was fine. Food was ok but service slow due to understaffing for our group of 20. Didn't have time to use the spa. Otherwise, found the staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again if flying out of Shannon.

I use this hotel as I work in the area and it suits. Perfect location just off the motor way, lots of free parking. Staff are extremely helpful, from accommodation staff, reception team to food and beverage team! Room are large, Radisson standard, fridge in room which is always a bonus!
