We were visiting Ireland with our Granddaughter and spent a total of 5 nights at the South Court Hotel in Limerick. We requested and received a 3 beded room. This was rare to find and wonderfully convenient for our family. Room was very clean, functional, and roomy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice... More

Basic room, restaurants basic and good, room clean, bathroom good except no hot water in morning, ok at night, bumpy elevator, staff ok , grocery store easy walk (where I got a take away coffee and scone in morning), close to highway so can be noisy. Really disliked display in lobby of cookies which looked like a great hello welcome... More

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant and I found the hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful particularly the reservations and bar staff. We had a fantastic meal in the bar which had top notch indian food and were happy to accomodate our request to spice it up! The room was comfortable and very clean. My one complaint is... More

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, very quiet hotel with spacious rooms, small gym, small sauna and good restaurants around. Room was very Clean and well kept. Although, tv was almost not working and wi-fi was poor at the room. This hotel Definitely keeps 3* standards but wi-fi should be better. Overall, it was very nice stay.

Dear givemeabadname, Thanks for posting your review and we're glad you had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We have complimentary hi-speed WiFi throughout the hotel but I'll investigate your comments about the connection speed in your room and the reception quality of the TV. In this respect, I'd be grateful if you could contact me so we can check the... More

The Hotel was very clean, and well maintained, the beds were comfortable although we booked two twin rooms and they both had 2 double beds..... lovely for... More

Dear twoscompany2014, Thanks for sharing your views on the South Court Hotel. We're glad you found the hotel and location convenient and to your liking. I apologise if you found that our cooked breakfast wasn't hot enough. This isn't acceptable and I will raise the issue with our restaurant supervisor. If you are back to visit family in the area... Our stay here was comfortable, but I feel we had to pay for more room than we needed. I rented two rooms for 3 adults. We were 2 sets of parents traveling with our teenage sons. We each got a room with a queen, a full, and a twin. We could have gotten by with one room and a roll... More

Dear nworBmik, Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the South Court Hotel. Without knowing the specifics of the actual booking request, I can't comment or respond without further investigation. Nevertheless, our rates generally reflect the number of occupants in the room. All our rooms come with conventional beds rather than rollaway/spacesaver ones. Customer service is our priority at the South... More

While the facilities at this hotel were adequate, they were no more than that. This hotel does not reach the 4-star quality mark by any stretch of the imagination. The rate for a double room, at €114, is certainly not justified given the very ordinary standards, the lack of comfort and the location on the edge of the city.

Dear Noel K, Thanks for sharing your views. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the South Court Hotel. We are a 3* hotel and like many other hotels, our rates vary. As we are located on the edge of the city, our location offers ample, free parking and easy connections to the motorway network. If you would like... More

Dear lagoslass, Thanks for sharing your views on the South Court Hotel. We're glad you and your family enjoyed our facilities and location. To find the hotel was not as easy, we found the petrol station, realised the hotel was across the road. So luckily I put my sat nav on my phone, and found the hotel. Looks ok, plenty of parking, easy to get to the hotel even if your disabled. Staff were friendly. We had something to eat in the bar... More
