3 blokes from England first visit and overall very happy with weekend. Should've been 4 of us so upon check-in asked if we could change rooms to save some £. Delighted with service and response was triple bed room ready at 11am for us to change and get to our wedding. We returned about 230am Sunday morning and there was... More

If you are looking for a hotel in Limerick, keep looking, because you can surely do a lot better than this one. Main reason for choosing this one was the pool. It is very old, the water is quite cold and the changing rooms are in poor repair. This hotel lacks any charm. It is at the roadside and it looks... More

Lovely and quiet Hotel with friendly staff and lovely facilities. Room was on top floor at end and was lovely and quiet even on a Satuday night. Pool was lovely and warm and all you could ask for breakfast. Definitely be back.

We had just spent a week on a Trafalgar Tour of Southern Ireland and had a fabulous time. The 3 previous hotels we were booked in to were either good or very good, alas the last night of the tour was spent in this terrible hotel. The sheets were too small for the bed, the bed creaked and was rock... More

There is no air conditioning in the rooms in this hotel. The windows only partially open. It is extremely warm and stuffy at night time in the bedrooms. Upon request we were given a fan. However as we were staying in a family room, one small fan did not make much difference. Out of the three nights we spent here,... More

I am writing this review sitting up in our family room at 1.15 in the morning, our youngest child is 9 years old and wide away as the fan in the bathroom won't go off and sounds like a tractor. This whole hotel is really run down and in really bad shape. I'm so disappointed with the fact that I... More

To be honest a rough start to the stay. The massage person advertised on the web and all over the hotel (to include the back of the doors in the restrooms) was on holiday and the management did not have the foresight to hire a replacement the service was just not available Then the well advertised spa did not have... Hotel is located very conveniently to the Gaelic Grounds so always ideal location for pre-match lunch whenever I am in Limerick for hurling matches. Visited on Sunday 21st June 2015 and was very pleased that Sunday lunch was relocated away from the normally very busy bar for the day. Reasonable choice on the carvery menu and despite being very busy... More
