I will never stay here again. Apart from the small bed, broken TV remote, curtains with holes in them, I was disturbed to find an electrical socked not secured to the wall. Once discovered we had to keep the child in his buggy for fear he would go at it.

We needed a place to crash for our 2 night 1 day stay in Limerick - we wanted something close to the train station, inexpensive, and given that Limerick city was quite full for some reason, this is what we came up with. So the pros: The room was big, staff was friendly and it is very close to great... More

Stayed as part of a coach holiday. Rooms varied ours was large with large bathroom. Bedroom had an outdated TV but plenty of storage. Bed linen was worn. Bathroom had great shower with plenty of hot water, in place toiletries and white soft towels. Delicious Irish breakfast and plentiful varied evening meals. Free Wifi was excellent in all areas including... More

Very disappointing for the price. I would not stay there again and I would advise people to look for another hotel. The hotel was not clean. The linen was very old. The hotel is in dire need of renovation as it is very dated and smells of mould. I think it is important to note that all the staff in... More

Nice and helpful staff let down by a dark and pretty dismal room (overlooking a cigarette butt strewn flat roof), tasteless breakfast, and shabby interior. I stayed for one night and it was enough. I would not like to have to stay here for any longer than that.

Spacious room but needs to be painted. The walls have dirty patches all over which is kind of off putting, especially in the bathroom. Not enough towels provided and no shampoos or shower gels. Not that that mattered as there was no hot water either. Very annoying not to have any hot water. We wernt informed of this when we... More

In bits and pieces god bless them. No hot water and didn't tell us on arrival. Floors where sticky and the place smelt poorly.in fairness They did give money back 15 % and staff where nice. I wouldn't stay here again if I'm tbh

The bathroom was dirty, hairs in the bath, toilet not been cleaned properly, black stains on the pillows, bar area sticky and not very nice area to relax in, food basic and not very hot and road works right outside all week and no one warned us of the noise at 7.45 every morning. We had to complain twice to... More

Reception good, breakfast good, 3rd floor room good size and clean and service generally good however there was an overwhelming smell of raw sewage on corridors on the first floor, we complained and were given another room on 3rd floor, then the lift promptly broke down and stayed broken for significant length of our stay, so we were hiking up... The only positive points of our stay were that the staff were generally friendly, helpful and pleasant, especially the girls on reception. We were on a four day coach trip with GB tours. On our arrival after thirteen hours travel our bags were taken to our rooms and we collected our keys. We were then herded into a back room for... More
