Yet another hotel that tries to fool people with misleading professional photo's This city centre hotel is brilliant for it's location, secure car parking [important in Limerick and especially as we travelled on motorbikes], friendly staff and clean rooms Stunning value for money So why try and fool people with misleading photo's? Its a well run city centre functional hotel... More

We stayed at the Pier Hotel for 2 nights. Plenty of space in the twin room, good bathroom. Great breakfast and amazing staff! VERY good price for such quality at a hotel, also located basically in the middle of the city centre.

Stayed 2 nights July 2014. Room was small but OK. No a/c; got a fan from reception. Like most hotels, no top sheet to the bed. Too hot in summer. We ended up stripping the quilt off and just using that as a cover. Noise from the traffic around was intrusive, I needed my ear plugs. Staff are good as... More

Just back from weekend stay. The good points: all staff very nice and helpful, excellent location, food pretty good, that's all. Bad points:- smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in, not joking it was claustrophobic. Smallest double bed ever, honestly don't think you could fit a proper double bed into the room. The pics on hotel website are very,... More

Beside the river, lovely location, handy underground Carpark, nice bar, clean rooms, large bathroom very comfortable beds. Lovely and friendly staff. As we have a toddler we requested a travel cot and the one they provided was spotless and very new. Lovely breakfast... More

Good hotel - central to everything you need in Limerick. Christine on reception is the font of all knowledge for everything in Limerick. The only down side to this hotel is the lack of air con which would have been nice as we stayed when it was hot (Last week). didnt use the bar so cant comment on that. We... More
