Just spent weekend in property, staff friendly, had issue with hot water first night & was moved to new room, room very spacious & clean, bed comfortable and property value for money. Cafe Noir beside property worth a visit. Will use property again.

Had to move room three times. First room had bits if toilet paper stuck to bathroom floor, dirty carpet and on shelf was previous occupants dirty hairbrush. Stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the stay staff were friendly and the rooms cleaned every day.its not 5 star but you cannot complain at 39euro a night for the room.and a great time in limerick .would definite use again

Terrible, terrible Hotel. Cold draughty room, curtain only went half way across window, unfinished plastering and a smell in the room! Booked a triple room, given a double with a couch for the 3rd person. The attached "restaurant" is also very poor, open kitchen in the middle, freely using a microwave to cook everything. Avoid if possible

The location of this hotel is rather bleak but I guess it is quite convenient for a few places, most noteably the University of Limerick and the Sports Arena. This hotel is very basic nothing spectacular at all we stayed the night recently found the room quite cold and the double bed very small. There was no breakfast to speak of but it was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Very spacious and modern rooms with every detail clean cut and minimalistic. The room was gleaming clean and flat screen tv was an unexpected surprise in this price range.
