We have just returned from a weekend away here in Pery Sq, The whole experience was just divine, and relaxing. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and we were taken to the room, "The Club Room " all the rooms are called after Irish poets, we had The Swift" room, looking out onto the back court yard,... This is a lovely hotel set in period premises..what sets it apart is the wonderful friendly staff- in particular the lovely lady who presided over breakfast in the dining room and the"Newcassle"lad who owned the bar...definite assets to any hospitality business! Lovely to meet such great people who made our stay so enjoyable.

situated in a quiet area and yet close to the centre of Limerick this hotel clicks all the boxes. Visited there at the weekend with three family members and we were all blown away by the lovely rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast - loved the scones! The Spa was the highlight of our visit. Will definitely return.

Perfect hotel to stay in, fantastic staff, very clean, comfortable gorgeous hotel rooms. A great place in a very average town. The breakfasts are great, and the bar for a nightcap at the hotel was cosy. The restaurant is closed on Monday nights so didn't get to sample their fare, but am sure this would be up to standard as... More

My family and I were booked into this hotel by the airline when our flight was cancelled. I could go on about the noteworthy cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the spacious bathrooms, but what really shone was the staff. Every single member of the hotel's personnel treated us with so much dignity, kindness and genuine warmth that we actually felt thankful... More

We had a fantastic stay here. This is a beautiful hotel in the lovely Georgian part of Limerick city. The hospitality and service was fantastic throughout the hotel- from reception, restaurant, bar and the Spa. We would definitely stay again and can't wait for our next visit.

I spent 3 nights in the hotel in August 2015. It was as close to ideal as a hotel can come: quiet, extremely comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms and a sweetly pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant was also excellent for breakfast and dinner.

We spent three nights in Limerick, as well as other hotels in our 9 night trip. The hotel, 1 Pery Square Hotel &Spa, was terrific from start to finish. The price was right, plentiful amenities, great central location in the heart of limerick, very comfortable and bright room, and a very accommodating and helpful front desk, casual dining venue, and... Stayed here for a quick business trip overnight and really enjoyed it. The hotel is very boutique, with cute rooms named after Irish authors and poets. It's right in downtown Limerick, close to the train station and a lot of places to eat/shop. Very friendly staff members and quiet location to relax.

Stayed here 3 nights and loved it! Charming and fabulous location. Staff was so helpful - they couldn't do enough for you. Walked everywhere in Limerick- no need to use your car or take a taxi. Park in their private secure lot. The bar was a favorite for nighttime Irish coffee after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely recommend and... More
