Needing an overnight and don't care about location or walking anywhere then this will do the job. Clean and bright the hotel is fine with big rooms and plenty of facilities. There is nothing interesting about it and it is located out on a ring road with nothing at all to redeem the concrete and tarmac everywhere.

Stayed here 19th and 20th of March. Can't fault much about the hotel and staff. Was satisfied with everything, enjoyed the stay. Food was nice, all staff around the hotel were very pleasant especially Noel in the bar. Room was comfortable. Seen a few bad comments on this about the area but have to say we didn't have any trouble.... More

Attended a meeting recently in the hotel. Meeting room is so so a bit on the small side (just as well there were only 22 at our meeting as the room would not hold many more). Receptionist was busy doing what she does. I was in and wondering about the lobby looking for direction sign age before I asked her... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here on Sat. March 7th. and straight away we were disappointed with a cold room, but we figured the heating would come on later as timed, but this was not to be. That aside, we were really surprised to notice (when we returned later to sleep) that the "double bed" was in fact two singles... More

Many thanks for your review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Our Hotel Leisure centre and bar are both open to the public . Both are very busy with local residence as well as guests and I am disappointed that you saw them as undesirable . Should you have any issues with an individual guest of the Hotel or if there... Stayed here for one night, attending a social event in Limerick city. Close to the city centre, room spacious clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine too. Appreciate the hotel has it's difficulties being located in close proximity to a Traveller camp e.g. Woke up Saturday morning to see two ponies grazing on the lawn in front of hotel. Leisure centre... More

Recently stayed with children for one night. Our room was a family room.Unfortunately it smelt dreadful of smoke and we requested a move. The girl at reception was lovely and no problem to move. Our new room was ok but the smell still not great and the bed linen very shabby and the towels awfully old. The heating turned on... More

I just stayed one night when I was passing through. I found it ideal because it was cheap and central. No complaints at all but I only stayed one night having no food, €62 was all! Had a few drinks in the bar, it was nice and the staff were good.

I stayed in the Maldron last month as part of a stag party. First off, the reception staff were brilliant--nothing was too much for them. Check-in was swift and effortless, although it was quite late in the evening. The rooms were perfect for a group of guys. We were in triple rooms, and not in the least bit cramped. I... More
